Relationship officer/ Team Leader- Credit card/Personal loan (onsite)

The role will include onboarding new customers for credit cards & personal loans. This Job requires a high level of relationship building and excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in the same field and who can join immediately. Salary will be based upon experience. (Candidates should be ready to relocate from India to Dubai)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and grow the business
• Ability to identify potential Customers
• Present and sell all Retail banking products (credit cards & personal loans) to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
• Engage and Educate customers on product usage
• Following up with customers to close the deal

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of proven experience in Retail Banking Sales / relevant field
• Excellent sales personality with strong communication & relationship building skills
• Self-Motivated & Target oriented person
• Candidates with Retail banking or finance experience would be given preference
• Candidates should bring their resume, certificate, experience certificate, proof of last salary & incentive to their interview.
