We are looking for a professional Tele sales Manager / supervisor with experience in managing a team of tele callers and achieving sales targets. They should have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in the same field and who can join immediately. Salary will be based upon experience

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of tele sales agents to achieve sales targets for loan products
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase loan product sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Conduct training sessions for tele sales agents on loan products and sales techniques
  • Maintain relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to identify potential Customers
  • Meeting targets for the number of calls made and loans processed
  • Following up with customers regarding their loan applications
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to loans.

Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in tele sales management, preferably in the loan industry
  • Knowledge of loan products and the loan application process
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with Retail banking experience in UAE would be given preference

Qualification: Any graduate
