We are looking for a well-spoken tele sales representative to be responsible for banking product sales over the telephone. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and establish relationships with current clients and potential clients.
• The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
• Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
• Advise present or prospective clients by calls on a rotating basis.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Prior experience as Tele sales representative in Banking/Financial industry (Preferably)
• Basic requirement is fluency in language with clarity of speech.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office( Excel)
• Good sales ability & Time Management
• Self- Motivated
• Any Nationality/Graduate
• Fixed Salary: AED 2000 – AED 5000
