Job description

We are currently seeking a Senior Relationship Officer to join our Personal Loan (Salary Transfer Loan / Non Salary Transfer Loan) division.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions through appropriate financial products ( STL & NSTL)
• Meet with customers to discuss their financial needs and provide guidance on products
• Gather and analyze financial information and documentation from customers
• Maintain and update customer files
• Meet with customers and conduct follow-up on account and service requests
• Continuously monitor and assess customer relationships and take action as necessary

Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing and banking industry is preferred (preferably UAE)
• Prior UAE experience in personal loans are mandatory
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Salary

Fixed Salaries: Subject to experience, performance and present salary package
