We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our Human Resources department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Support training and development initiatives by scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
  • Maintain HR databases and generate HR reports as needed.
  • Support employee relations activities, including organizing employee events and assisting with grievance procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Must have minimum 1 year of experience in banking industry
  • Well versed in MS office
  • Ample knowledge of UAE labor law
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: AED 2,500 – 3000
