We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our Human Resources department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of HR processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Support training and development initiatives by scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
- Maintain HR databases and generate HR reports as needed.
- Support employee relations activities, including organizing employee events and assisting with grievance procedures.
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience in banking industry
- Well versed in MS office
- Ample knowledge of UAE labor law
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3000
